Private Jet & FBO Ground Transportation · Seattle Limo Service
private aviation ground transportation

For the people who book by tail number, not flight number.

Discreet ground transportation across all five Puget Sound FBOs — Boeing Field, Sea-Tac private aviation, Paine Field, Renton, and Tacoma Narrows. Tail-number tracking, ramp-approved vehicles where FBO policy permits, unbranded sedans and SUVs, and one coordinator who answers your texts at 2 AM when the ETA shifts.

Every Puget Sound FBO, with ramp policy for each.

A working dispatcher's read on the FBOs across our five regional airports — who allows ramp escort, who routes through the lobby, who has on-site customs. Submit a tail number and we'll confirm the ramp arrangement at the time of booking.

A booking, from inquiry to wheels-up.

No itineraries here — there's a protocol. Six steps from the moment a flight coordinator hands us a tail number to the moment the principal is out of the vehicle. The same protocol runs every booking, every shift, every airport.

Standard FBO arrival protocol

six steps · single coordinator contact · 24/7
  • 01

    Submit the trip

Send the tail number, FBO name, ETA, passenger count, drop-off address, and any special notes (luggage volume, accompanying staff, security detail, child seats). One email or one phone call.

    • Tail number, FBO, ETA, drop address
    • Passenger count, luggage, special requirements
    • NDA available on request before bookings
    timing
    Any time, 24/7
2-hour minimum lead time preferred; same-day possible.
  • 02

    Confirmation & ramp arrangement

We confirm vehicle assignment, chauffeur name, and call ahead to the FBO to coordinate ramp escort or lobby meet. Confirmation message sent with chauffeur photo, vehicle details, and direct cell.

    • FBO contacted directly by our dispatcher
    • Ramp-vs-lobby arrangement confirmed in writing
    • Chauffeur cell + dispatch cell shared with coordinator
    timing
    Within 60 min
Usually within 15 min during business hours.
  • 03

    FlightAware tracking activated

Four hours before scheduled wheels-down, your tail number goes live in our dispatch dashboard. Any ETA change shifts the chauffeur's staging time automatically. No re-dispatch fees, no missed-pickup charges.

    • Live FlightAware feed by tail number
    • Auto-shift on ATC delays, weather holds, diversions
    • Text alert to coordinator at 2 hrs out
    timing
    T-minus 4 hours
Activated automatically once the trip is confirmed.
  • 04

    Chauffeur stages at FBO

Vehicle arrives and stages at the FBO 30 minutes before wheels-down. Chauffeur checks in at the FBO desk, confirms ramp escort if applicable, and texts the coordinator a "vehicle on station" status update.

    • 30-minute pre-arrival staging standard
    • Driver checks in at FBO and confirms gate
    • "On station" text sent to coordinator
    timing
    T-minus 30 min
Earlier if international arrival requires customs buffer.
  • 05

    Aircraft meet & transfer

If FBO policy permits, vehicle meets the aircraft at the door. Chauffeur handles luggage to the vehicle. If ramp access is restricted, lobby meet inside the FBO. Either way, principal-to-vehicle transit is under three minutes.

    • Aircraft-door pickup at most BFI / PAE / TIW FBOs
    • Lobby meet at SEA and any FBO with restricted ramp
    • Luggage handled by chauffeur, not principal
    timing
    Wheels-down + 5 min
Customs adds 20–45 min on international arrivals.
  • 06

    Drop-off confirmation

"Passenger delivered" text sent to the coordinator on arrival at the destination. Trip closes electronically. Billing posts to the account dashboard for retainer accounts; one-time bookings receive a receipt within 24 hours.

    • Drop confirmation text to coordinator
    • Electronic receipt within 24 hours
    • Retainer accounts: monthly consolidated billing
    timing
    Drop-off + 2 min
Trip closes electronically. Standby holds if return leg booked.
why principals book us specifically

The vehicle has no logo. The chauffeur has no opinion. The trip leaves no trace.

Private aviation passengers don't want their ride to be a press release. We default to unbranded vehicles, train chauffeurs to engage only when initiated, and don't keep manifest data beyond what billing requires. Discretion is the baseline — not an upcharge.

  • 01
Unbranded vehicles. No company decals, no magnetic signs, no chauffeur uniforms with visible branding. Black sedans and SUVs with tinted rear windows.
  • 02
Chauffeur conduct. No requests for photos, autographs, or social media. Conversation only when initiated by the principal.
  • 03
Vetted chauffeurs. Background check, drug screen, defensive driving course, and confidentiality agreement. Same names, same faces across bookings.
  • 04
NDA on request. Mutual NDA available before booking. Coverage extends to passenger identity, destination, and trip frequency.
  • 05
Data minimization. We retain billing records as required by tax law and nothing else. Trip notes purged after billing closes.
  • 06
Single point of contact. One coordinator name on your trip. No call-center handoffs, no support tickets, no chatbot.

FBO transfers by route, not by hour.

Common FBO routes priced as point-to-point transfers. Multi-leg roadshows, hourly hold time, and standby billing run on hourly rates. Quotes are firm — no surge pricing, no fuel surcharges, no airport access fees passed through.

★★★★★

"We've moved twenty-plus FBO arrivals through them in the past year — BFI, PAE, and SEA. Tail-number tracking is real, not a marketing line. Once on a Gulfstream arrival into BFI Signature our wheels-down shifted three times in two hours and the vehicle was still staged correctly when we landed. Same coordinator answers every email."

All major FBOs across five regional airports: Boeing Field (BFI) — Signature Flight Support, Modern Aviation, Galvin Flying. Sea-Tac (SEA) — Atlantic Aviation, Signature SEA. Paine Field (PAE) — Castle & Cooke Aviation, Modern Aviation Everett, Regal Air. Renton Municipal (RNT) — Pro-Flight Aviation, Rainier Flight Service. Tacoma Narrows (TIW) for Gig Harbor. We also handle private departures from Auburn and Bremerton on request.
Depends on the FBO. Boeing Field FBOs typically allow ramp escort with prior coordination. Sea-Tac private aviation areas require FBO-managed vehicle access with badged escorts. Paine Field and Renton allow ramp pickup at most operators. We confirm ramp policy at the time of booking and arrange escort with the FBO ahead of arrival. Lobby meet-and-greet is the fallback when ramp access is restricted.
Provide your tail number (e.g. N123XX) at booking. We activate FlightAware tracking four hours before the scheduled arrival. If wheels-down shifts — and it usually does — your chauffeur's staging time shifts automatically. Your flight coordinator receives text updates at 2 hours out, 30 minutes out, and wheels-down. No re-dispatch fees, no missed-pickup charges from ATC delays.
FBO transfers price by route, not by hour. A standard sedan FBO arrival to downtown Seattle starts at $125. SUV from BFI to Bellevue, $165. Sprinter from PAE to Seattle, $245. Multi-leg roadshows are billed hourly at $95 to $185 depending on vehicle. Flight department retainer accounts get volume pricing (10% to 15%+ off) and consolidated monthly billing.
Yes. Our private aviation vehicles carry no company decals, magnetic signs, or chauffeur uniforms with visible branding. Vehicles default to black sedans and SUVs with tinted rear windows. Chauffeurs do not request photos, autographs, or carry on conversation beyond what the principal initiates. Discretion is the default, not an upgrade.
Yes. BFI Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation at SEA both have on-site CBP (Customs and Border Protection) facilities for international arrivals. We stage at the FBO during customs processing and pick up post-clearance. We also coordinate with CBP-cleared FBOs at PAE on request. Notify us at booking if your arrival is international — customs clearance time is added to the pickup window.
Yes. Three tiers — Coordinated (4–10 transfers/mo), Departmental (10–30), Fleet (30+). Account terms include priority dispatch, dedicated coordinator contact, consolidated Net 30 billing, reserved vehicle availability, and volume pricing (10% to 15%+ off published rates). Ask about retainer pricing — we send terms by NDA on request.
FlightAware tracking handles delays automatically — your chauffeur's staging time shifts without re-dispatch. Diversions are handled by phone: call our direct dispatch line and we redirect the vehicle to the new FBO if it's within the Puget Sound region (BFI/SEA/PAE/RNT/TIW). Diversions outside the region are quoted as a separate trip. We don't charge wait fees for delays under 90 minutes.

Send the tail number. We'll take it from there.

Email or call with tail number, FBO, ETA, and drop address. We'll confirm vehicle, chauffeur, and ramp arrangement within 60 minutes — usually 15 during business hours. NDA available before booking.
