The fleet is varied. The maintenance and service standard is not. Every vehicle in every class goes through the same inspection, the same detail, the same prep — before every single booking.

Maintained means inspected.

Most other Seattle limo companies "maintain" their fleet on a weekly or monthly schedule — usually because they're running contractor-owned vehicles they can't actually control. We own and operate our fleet directly, which means we can demand a different standard.

  • 60-point inspection before every booking. Documented checklist completed by our shop team. Fluids, tires, brakes, lights, wipers, signal, interior reset.
  • Detail wash & vacuum before every booking. Every interior is reset to showroom condition. Leather conditioned, glass clean, carpet vacuumed.
  • Fluid check & top-off. Oil, coolant, washer fluid, transmission fluid checked and topped before dispatch.
  • Climate pre-conditioning. Cabin heated or cooled to a comfortable temperature 10 minutes before pickup. No "too cold" or "too hot" complaints.
  • Complimentary supplies restocked. Bottled water, hand sanitizer, tissues, charging cables, breath mints.
  • Photo documentation. Every vehicle photographed before pickup. Photos sent to dispatch and retained for any post-trip concerns.

Our fleet includes 11 vehicle classes: executive sedans (Mercedes S-Class, Lincoln Continental, Cadillac XT6), executive SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator), Sprinter vans, mini-coaches, motor coaches, stretch limos, stretch SUVs, and party buses ranging from 14 to 30 passengers. Sized for 1 to 60 passengers total.

How are vehicles maintained between bookings?+

Every vehicle goes through a documented 60-point inspection before each booking — not weekly, not monthly, but every single time the vehicle leaves the lot. This includes detail wash, fluid check, tire pressure, brake check, interior reset, and complimentary water restocking. The vehicle that arrives at your pickup is the vehicle that was inspected that morning.

How many passengers can your largest vehicle hold?+

Our largest charter vehicle is a 60-passenger motor coach. For luxury group travel, our 30-passenger party bus is the largest, followed by the 24-passenger mini coach, the 14-passenger Sprinter van, and the 14-passenger stretch SUV. Most weddings and corporate offsites use Sprinter vans for 10–14 passengers or party buses for 20+.

What's the difference between a Stretch Limo and Stretch SUV?+

A Stretch Limo (Lincoln Continental, Chrysler 300) typically seats 8–10 passengers in a classic sedan-based body with bench seating, bar setup, and the traditional limo aesthetic. A Stretch SUV (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator) seats 10–14 in a taller, more spacious body — usually with more headroom, more luggage space, and a more contemporary feel.

Do you have Tesla or electric vehicles?+

We offer Tesla Model S and Model X on request for corporate accounts and special bookings. EV availability is limited and requires advance booking — typically 48+ hours notice. Our standard executive fleet remains gas and hybrid Mercedes, Lincoln, and Cadillac models for reliability and luggage capacity reasons.

Can I see the actual vehicle before booking?+

Yes. For weddings, large corporate events, and Enterprise corporate accounts, we offer pre-booking vehicle inspection by appointment. We send photos of the specific vehicle assigned to your booking 24 hours before pickup as standard practice across all bookings.

What's the largest party bus in Seattle?+

Our largest party bus is a 30-passenger executive party bus with wraparound leather seating, LED lighting, premium sound system, dance floor, and full bar setup. We also operate 26-, 20-, and 14-passenger party buses for smaller groups.

Do you provide child seats?+

Yes. Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats, and booster seats are available for $15 per seat per ride. Request at booking with your child's age and weight. Seats are properly installed by your chauffeur before pickup.
