For meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur waits at the baggage claim for your terminal holding a sign with your name. We track every flight in real time via FAA data. If your flight is delayed, we automatically push back your pickup. If your flight arrives early, we adjust dispatch to be there when you land. There is no charge for flight delays — the first 60 minutes after wheels-down are always free. After that, $25/hour of additional wait time applies.
