How much does a limo cost in Seattle?+
Seattle limo rentals start around $125/hour for executive sedans and $185/hour for stretch limos, with most occasions billed on a 3–4 hour minimum. Party buses and Sprinter vans range from $195–$275/hour depending on capacity. Sea-Tac airport transfers start at $89 flat rate for sedan service.

Can you transfer cruise passengers to Pier 91 or Pier 66?+
Yes. We provide cruise port transfers to both Smith Cove (Pier 91 — best for Princess, Royal Caribbean, Carnival) and Bell Street Pier (Pier 66 — best for Norwegian, Oceania). Group rates available for Sprinter and mini-coach service. Long-distance cruise port transfers to Vancouver BC (Canada Place) are also available.
How early should I book?+
Weddings: 4–6 months ahead. Prom: 6–8 weeks ahead (April–June books out fastest). Corporate roadshows: 1–2 weeks. Cruise transfers: 2–4 weeks. Wine tours: 2–3 weeks. FIFA 2026 matches: book as soon as possible. Airport runs and nights out: 24–72 hours is typical, though same-day is often possible.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?+
Yes. Every chauffeur is a W-2 employee, not a gig contractor. Each holds a Washington State commercial driver license, has passed an FBI background check and DOT drug screening, and undergoes annual defensive-driving certification. All vehicles carry $1.5M commercial liability coverage, and we partner with fully UTC-licensed operators across Washington State to deliver every ride.
Do you have an on-time guarantee?+
Yes. Our 15-Minute Rule: if your chauffeur isn't on-site within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, your ride is on us. We use real-time flight tracking and traffic monitoring to adjust dispatch automatically for delays or route closures.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur service?+
Yes. Hourly chauffeur service is available for any need that doesn't fit a fixed route — wine tours, multi-stop shopping, photo shoots, business days, or simply having a car on standby. 3-hour minimum on weekdays, 4-hour on weekends. Hourly billing starts at $125 for an executive sedan.
