Published pricing. Zero-alcohol policy with consequences spelled out. Background-checked chauffeurs. Parent confirmation texts at every stop. We built this page for the parent doing the booking — because the kid wants a stretch SUV with their friends, and the parent wants to know who's actually driving them and what happens if someone brings vodka in a water bottle.
Most prom limo pages talk about magic and memories. We talk about what happens if a student brings alcohol on board, how chauffeurs are vetted, and how the parent who paid stays informed all night. These are policies, not promises. Compare line-by-line against any other company.
No alcohol is permitted in any prom vehicle regardless of student age or claimed parental permission. If alcohol is brought aboard or consumed, the chauffeur has standing authority to terminate the booking, return the group to the pickup address, and notify the parent who booked. No refund issued. Students are told this verbally at pickup so there are no surprises later in the night.
Every chauffeur on a prom booking has cleared a current background check, drug screening, and holds a UTC commercial passenger endorsement. Minimum one year of network tenure. Prom-night chauffeurs receive an additional briefing on group dynamics and the alcohol enforcement protocol. We can share the assigned chauffeur's first name and photo with the booking parent on request.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any vehicle or within ten feet of the vehicle exterior. Violations result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the booking parent and chauffeur authority to terminate the trip. Smoking-related odor or residue at drop-off triggers the cleaning fee even if not observed during the booking.
The booking parent receives a text message at each: pickup confirmation, arrival at dinner reservation, arrival at prom venue, midnight pickup confirmation, and each drop-off address with a timestamp. The parent does not have to ask — these go automatically. We use the booking parent's cell, not the student's.
If you have any concern during the night — wanting a status check, hearing a worrying detail from your student, needing to redirect — the dispatch line at 206-512-8766 reaches a real person 24/7. Not a chatbot, not voicemail, not a callback queue. A dispatcher will confirm your student's whereabouts within five minutes.
Every vehicle that runs a prom booking is inspected within 30 days of the spring prom window — seatbelts on every seat tested, climate and lighting verified, emergency exits unobstructed, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit confirmed. Inspection records are available for the booking parent to review on request.
The same chauffeur and the same vehicle run your booking from pickup to final drop-off. No shift changes, no relief drivers, no vehicle swaps mid-night. The chauffeur you meet at 5 PM is the chauffeur who drops your student off at home. We don't pool prom bookings across vehicles to save fuel.
30+ days out: full refund minus $50 admin fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: non-refundable, but the deposit applies to any rescheduled booking within 12 months. Group size changes (kids dropping, plus-ones added) require notice but typically don't trigger a price change unless the vehicle class needs to shift up or down.
Two side-by-side. Left: a typical prom-night timeline showing how a 6-hour booking actually runs from pre-photos through final drop-offs. Right: published per-vehicle pricing with per-student math. Send this to the group chat — the per-student number is what convinces other parents.

Published rates. Per-student math included. No "call for quote."
Prom limo shopping breaks down into two conversations happening at once. The students are texting friends about which vehicle looks best in photos. The parent doing the booking is comparing five companies on the things that actually matter: safety, accountability, and a price they can defend at the next parent group chat.
The biggest factor in prom limo selection is total group size — but the per-student math gets significantly better as the group grows. A stretch limo for 10 at $97 per student versus a party bus for 20 at $83 per student. When in doubt, size up.
For the single-couple booking or a 4-student double-date. Premium leather, climate per zone. Best for parents who want their student to have a "real chauffeur" feel without the party-bus production. Most often booked for pre-prom dinner-only service.
The classic prom vehicle. Bench seating, mood lighting, in-vehicle sound system, mini-bar (alcohol not permitted; soda & water provided). Best for a tight friend group of 8 to 10 students who want the iconic prom-photo limo without going full party-bus.
The best-value prom vehicle. Standing-height cabin (huge for prom dresses), forward-facing leather seats, USB charging at every seat, Bluetooth audio. At $79 per student for 14 kids, the per-student math beats every other vehicle class.
For 18 to 30 students. Wraparound seating, integrated sound, mood lighting, restroom on select coaches. The full party-bus experience without losing safety standards. Best for whole-friend-group bookings or multi-school coordinated rides.
Every prom booking includes these by default. The only extras are gratuity (20% standard, paid by the booking parent on top), any cleaning fee triggered by policy violation, and hourly extensions if the booking runs over the original window.
"I'm the parent who called five different limo companies and asked all of them the same question: what happens if my kid's friend brings alcohol on board. Four of them got vague. This was the only one that gave me the policy verbatim and emailed it on the booking confirmation. The chauffeur was great, the kids had a blast, and I got a text at every stop. Worth every dollar of the $79 per student we paid."
The questions every parent asks before booking a prom limo. Pricing, alcohol policy, chauffeur vetting, parent updates, multi-school logistics, cancellation. Anything not covered, call 206-512-8766 and ask directly.
Tell us the prom date, school, expected group size, dinner reservation if any, and pickup address. We send a full quote with policy attached within four business hours. The eight-point protocol is on the confirmation, so other parents can read it before splitting the cost.
