Which booking type is right for you?

Three ways to book the same vehicle, very different price math. Most shoppers don't know which to pick — competitors don't bother explaining. Here's the honest decision tree, so you book the cheapest option that actually fits your day.

flexible

Hourly Chauffeur

Car & chauffeur for a booked window. The vehicle waits at every stop. Cheapest for unpredictable days or multi-stop bookings.

  • You have 3 or more stops
  • Timing between stops is uncertain
  • You want the vehicle waiting all day
  • Cumulative one-ways would cost more
  • Vehicle stays with you whole window
  • Unlimited stops (no per-stop fees)
  • Same chauffeur start to finish
  • 30-min booking extensions allowed
typical cost
$285 to $1,480 by tier
two one-ways

Round-Trip

Two separate one-ways at the same rate — drop you off, leave, return at a scheduled time. Cheapest for known-interval round trips over 3 hours.

  • You're going to a venue for 3+ hours
  • You know the return time precisely
  • You don't need the car waiting on-site
  • Concerts, sports, weddings, dinners
  • Drop-off + scheduled return pickup
  • 15-min grace on both ends
  • Same chauffeur not guaranteed
  • Each leg priced at one-way rate
typical cost
2× one-way rate

Pick by passenger count and luggage.

Point-to-point bookings rarely have logistics surprises — one pickup, one drop. Pick vehicle by passenger count, then check luggage. When in doubt, size up: vehicle changes after dispatch incur fees.

1–3 passengers

Executive Sedan

Cadillac XTS or Mercedes E-Class. Best for solo travelers, business one-ways, and couples with up to two checked bags. Lowest price point across all routes.

"Needed a one-way from our Bellevue hotel to a Friday-night Sounders match at Lumen. Rideshare was quoting $84 with surge, no guarantees on pickup. Booked the SUV here for $115, fixed, three days ahead. Chauffeur was there 15 minutes early, dropped at the right gate, and we didn't pay 50 bucks more in surge on the way home because we booked the return as a second one-way. Simple math."

Asked & answered.

Common questions before a point-to-point booking — pricing, what counts as a stop, when to pick hourly instead, cross-border logistics, vehicle selection. If your route isn't in the atlas, call 206-512-8766 for a custom quote.

Point-to-point is a flat-rate one-way private car booking from a specific pickup address to a specific drop-off address. The price is fixed at booking — no surge pricing, no per-mile billing, no peak-hour markup. The vehicle picks up, drives directly to the destination, drops off, and departs. There's no per-stop fee for a single mid-route stop (like grabbing flowers en route), but multi-stop trips price as hourly chauffeur instead.
Point-to-point is A to B with a known destination — the vehicle leaves after drop-off. Hourly chauffeur keeps the vehicle and driver with you for the booked window, waiting at every stop. Pick point-to-point when you know exactly where you're going and don't need the car to wait. Pick hourly when you have multiple stops, uncertain timing, or want the vehicle staged between activities. For a single round-trip with a known interval (3+ hours apart), point-to-point booked both ways is often cheaper than hourly.
Within Seattle city limits, a sedan one-way starts at $89. Downtown Seattle to Bellevue is $105 sedan, $135 SUV. Downtown to Redmond/Microsoft is $135 sedan, $165 SUV. Seattle to Tacoma one-way is $145 sedan, $175 SUV. Long-distance routes: Seattle to Portland $585, Seattle to Vancouver BC $475 sedan (passport required), Seattle to Whistler $650. No surge pricing, no peak-hour markup, all fees and tolls included.
One brief mid-route stop is included — under 10 minutes, on the way (florist pickup, dry cleaner, ATM run). Anything beyond that — multiple stops, longer stops, or stops out of the way — converts the booking to hourly chauffeur. We're transparent about this at quote time. If you're thinking "I might need a stop or two," just book hourly from the start.
Executive sedan (1 to 3 passengers, from $89), executive SUV (1 to 6 passengers, from $115), stretch limousine (8 to 10 passengers, from $245), Sprinter van (8 to 14 passengers, from $185), and party bus or mini-coach (15 to 30 passengers, from $325). Family bookings of 4 to 6 with luggage should default to executive SUV. Groups over 6 with luggage need a Sprinter.
Yes — hotel-to-event one-ways are one of our most-booked point-to-point categories. Common routes: hotel to Climate Pledge Arena ($85 sedan), hotel to T-Mobile Park ($85), hotel to Lumen Field ($85), hotel to Paramount Theatre ($85), hotel to Benaroya Hall ($85). Round-trip with return pickup is typically priced as two separate one-ways at the same rate, or as an hourly chauffeur booking if the gap between is under 3 hours.
Within Seattle Metro: 24 to 72 hours for sedan and SUV is comfortable. Same-day bookings 4+ hours out are usually possible. For Sprinters, stretch limos, or party buses: 5 to 7 days. Long-distance one-ways (Portland, Vancouver BC, Whistler, Spokane): 5 to 10 days to lock in vehicle and chauffeur availability. Last-minute long-distance is possible but limited to whichever vehicle class is available.
Yes. Seattle to Vancouver BC is $475 sedan / $565 SUV one-way, roughly 3 hours plus border crossing time. Seattle to Whistler is $650 sedan / $795 SUV, 5 hours plus border. Passports are required for all passengers; we ask for passport numbers at booking. Border timing is unpredictable — we don't charge for border-related delays. Chauffeurs carry the trip documentation expected by CBSA.
