about the sedan fleet

Two tiers. Pick by passenger count and ride.

The Standard Sedan tier covers refined sedans like the Chrysler 300 and Cadillac XTS — built for everyday point-to-point service, airport transfers, and hourly chauffeur. Two passengers, two bags, $95 per hour, 2-hour minimum. The right vehicle for most everyday chauffeured sedan bookings.

The Premium Sedan tier covers the Lincoln Continental, Cadillac CT6, and similar — a step up in interior refinement and rear-passenger space. Three passengers, two bags, $115 per hour, 3-hour minimum. The choice when the booking calls for the upgraded ride or when a third passenger needs to fit comfortably.

Standard across both tiers.

Both sedan tiers share the same baseline amenity package. The Premium tier adds incremental refinement in cabin quietness, ride quality, and rear-passenger room — but the standard amenities below are consistent across the booking.
1

Leather interior

Refined leather seating across both tiers, cleaned and detailed between every booking. Climate-appropriate — heated seating standard, ventilated seating in most vehicles depending on the specific model on the day.

2

Climate control

Independent climate control for the passenger area. Set to your preference at pickup and adjusted on request during the ride. The chauffeur doesn't touch climate controls without asking.

3

USB charging

USB and USB-C charging available across both tiers. Bring your phone, your laptop, your tablet — the cabin is set up for working or staying connected during the booking.

4

Bottled water

Complimentary bottled water in every vehicle, restocked before every pickup. Tissues, hand sanitizer, and charging cables available on request at booking.

5

Tinted privacy glass

Tinted privacy glass on rear windows across both tiers. Passengers see out clearly; the world outside sees only outlines. Standard equipment on every vehicle in the fleet.

6

Chauffeur posture

Dark suit, white shirt, dark tie. Door service. Bags handled. Quiet unless engaged. Same standard across both sedan tiers — the chauffeur's posture doesn't change between Standard and Premium.

Hourly billing or flat-rate by mileage.

Sedan bookings are either hourly (for multi-stop or open-ended trips) or flat-rate by mileage (for airport transfers and straight point-to-point routes). Here's what each includes and what sits outside.
what's included

In every booking

Both hourly and mileage-based bookings include the vehicle, chauffeur, and the standard amenity package across the booked service. Items included in every reservation:

  • Vehicle and W-2 chauffeur for the booked service
  • Standard amenity package — bottled water, charging, climate, leather interior
  • Real-time flight tracking for airport bookings
  • 30-minute complimentary wait window on airport arrivals
  • Discreet, professionally attired chauffeur (dark suit, white shirt)
  • $1.5M commercial liability coverage

Booking variables

Some pricing variables sit outside the base rate. These are quoted at booking and disclosed in writing before deposit:

  • Airport transfers — flat-rate by mileage, quoted before booking, not hourly
  • Hourly bookings beyond minimum — billed in 30-minute increments at booked rate
  • Weekend and holiday rates — may be higher than standard weekday hourly
  • Weekend and holiday minimums — typically higher than weekday minimums
  • Chauffeur gratuity — standard 20% added at booking unless declined
  • Out-of-area surcharges — beyond standard Seattle metro service area
  • Extended wait beyond 30-minute airport window — billed at booked vehicle rate

Common questions.

Pricing, tier selection, capacity, airport mileage billing, and minimums — straight answers, no asterisks.
How much does a chauffeured sedan cost in Seattle?+

The Standard Sedan (Chrysler 300, Cadillac XTS, or similar) is $95 per hour with a 2-hour minimum and seats up to 2 passengers with 2 bags. The Premium Sedan (Lincoln Continental, Cadillac CT6, or similar) is $115 per hour with a 3-hour minimum and seats up to 3 passengers with 2 bags. Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field airport transfers are billed flat-rate by mileage.

How is airport transfer pricing calculated?+

Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field airport transfers are flat-rate by mileage — not hourly. The rate is calculated from your pickup address to the airport (or vice versa) and quoted before booking. This is different from hourly chauffeur service, which is the right structure for any booking with multiple stops, waiting time, or unclear timing. For straight airport transfers, mileage pricing is almost always the better value.

What's the difference between the Standard and Premium sedan tiers?+

The Standard Sedan tier covers vehicles like the Chrysler 300 and Cadillac XTS — refined sedans for everyday point-to-point service, airport transfers, and hourly chauffeur, with a 2-hour minimum and capacity for up to 2 passengers with 2 bags. The Premium Sedan tier covers the Lincoln Continental, Cadillac CT6, and similar — a step up in interior refinement and rear-passenger space, with a 3-hour minimum and capacity for up to 3 passengers with 2 bags.

Which specific vehicle will I get?+

Within each tier, we assign vehicles by client preference where stated and by availability on the day. The "or similar" language reflects that we operate multiple vehicles within each tier and match the best available vehicle to your booking. If you have a strong preference for a specific model, let us know at booking and we'll do our best to match it.

How many passengers and bags can each sedan handle?+

The Standard Sedan accommodates up to 2 passengers with 2 standard bags. The Premium Sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers with 2 standard bags. For groups larger than 3 or luggage-heavy bookings, the executive SUV tier (up to 6 passengers with extra cargo) is the next step up in our fleet.

What's the minimum booking time?+

The Standard Sedan has a 2-hour minimum on hourly bookings. The Premium Sedan has a 3-hour minimum. Airport transfers are mileage-based and have no hourly minimum — they're billed flat-rate per the route. Weekends and holidays may carry higher minimums and rates depending on the date.

Can the sedan wait between stops?+

Yes — for hourly bookings, the vehicle stays with you between stops. Dinner, meetings, errands, photo locations. The chauffeur waits nearby. All waiting time is included in your hourly window. Airport transfers are flat-rate so don't include extended waiting — but a complimentary 30-minute wait window is built into airport arrivals to account for baggage claim time.

Do you handle airport transfers?+

Yes. Both sedan tiers handle Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field airport transfers as flat-rate set-trip pricing by mileage. We track flights in real time, meet at baggage claim, and include a 30-minute complimentary wait window. The Standard Sedan handles most airport bookings; the Premium Sedan is for clients who prefer the upgraded ride.

How early should I book?+

24 to 72 hours is typical for sedan bookings, though same-day is often possible depending on time and availability. For weekend or peak-travel-day airport transfers, we recommend 48 hours or more. Recurring corporate clients can establish standing weekly bookings.
