Seattle wedding limo packages start at $795 for the 4-hour Bridal Party Essentials package (stretch limo or stretch SUV for the wedding party), $1,495 for the Signature Package (bridal party plus 4-hour guest shuttle), and $2,995 for the Flagship Package (full-day coordination with multi-vehicle fleet and dedicated wedding coordinator). Custom multi-day weddings quoted separately.
4–6 months minimum for popular Saturday wedding dates between May and October. June, July, August, and September weekends book out fastest — 6+ months is safer. For weekday weddings, off-season (November–March), or smaller bridal party only, 8–12 weeks is usually enough lead time.
For the bridal party: stretch limos (Lincoln Continental, Chrysler 300, seats 8–10) or stretch SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, seats 10–14). For guest shuttling: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (14-passenger), mini-coaches (24–32), or motor coaches (45–60). For the getaway: classic stretch limo, vintage Rolls-Royce (on request), or executive SUV. Vintage Rolls-Royce requires 60+ days advance notice.
Yes. Multi-vehicle wedding weekend coordination is one of our specialties. Sprinter vans and mini-coaches run continuous loops between hotels, ceremonies, receptions, and after-parties. Our Signature and Flagship packages include guest shuttle hours; Essentials can add shuttles a la carte. Day-of dispatcher monitors every vehicle in real time.
Yes, every wedding booking includes complimentary just-married decoration on the getaway vehicle — traditional 'Just Married' window decals, fresh-cut white roses on the rear bumper, and ribbon. Custom flowers, color themes, or specialty decor are available on request with 30+ days advance notice.
Multi-venue weddings are common in Seattle — we run them constantly. Our Signature and Flagship packages include vehicle staging between venues with no clock-stopping. The chauffeur knows the route, the route alternates for traffic, and the timing is coordinated with your wedding planner or coordinator.

We work weddings across the greater Seattle metro and Pacific Northwest including Woodinville wineries, Snoqualmie Falls (Salish Lodge), Mount Rainier lodges, San Juan Islands, Olympic Peninsula, Bellingham, and even cross-border to Vancouver BC. Long-distance wedding bookings are quoted custom.
Seattle weddings during winter months get weather contingency planning included. Our chauffeurs train on icy roads and our dispatch monitors I-5 and I-405 conditions in real time. If a major snowstorm threatens, we coordinate with your planner to pre-position vehicles, adjust timing, or substitute AWD SUVs. Weather-related issues are reviewed case-by-case for refunds and credits.
