Three structures. Pick by how long you're staying.

A casino run can be a simple drop-and-return, a full evening with the vehicle waiting, or a group day out. Here are the three structures with pricing — and per-person math for a group where it applies. The drop-and-return is usually the best value if you know roughly when you'll head home.

why a chauffeur makes the night better

The best part of the night is not driving home from it.

A casino night is a night out — drinks, dinner, late hours. The thing that ruins it is one person having to stay sober to drive, or everyone driving home tired at midnight. A chauffeur means the group travels together, everyone's free to enjoy the evening, and the ride home is safe and handled.

  • 01
Everyone enjoys the night equally. No one drawing the short straw to stay sober and drive the group home.
  • 02
The safe ride home. Late, possibly after drinks — a professional driver gets everyone home safely.
  • 03
No casino parking. Dropped at the door, picked up at the door. No lot, no walk, no fuss.
  • 04
The group travels together. Start and end the night as a group instead of caravanning in separate cars.
  • 05
Senior-group friendly. Easy step-in vehicles, extra time, a planned pace — popular with retirement-community outings.
  • 06
Set your own end time. Stay as long as you like with an hourly booking, or set a return time and we're there.

Pick by group size.

A couple's evening out wants a sedan or SUV; a birthday crew or senior outing wants the Sprinter or a party bus. Bigger groups bring the per-person cost down sharply. For senior groups, the Sprinter's easy step-in entry and room to move make it the comfortable choice.

★★★★★

"I organize monthly outings for our retirement community, and the casino day is everyone's favorite. Booked the Sprinter to Tulalip for twelve of us — the driver was patient, helped everyone in and out, and nobody had to worry about the drive or the parking. We had a wonderful day, came home safe and happy, and it worked out to about sixty dollars each. We've made it a standing monthly booking."

Asked & answered.

The questions groups ask before booking a casino run. Pricing, which casinos, the designated-driver value, group and senior outings, whether the vehicle waits, timing, and responsible gaming. Anything not covered, call 206-512-8766.

A flat-rate sedan one-way from Seattle to a nearby casino like Snoqualmie or Muckleshoot starts at $85; SUV is $115. A round-trip booked as two one-ways is double that. For a group staying several hours, an hourly booking (vehicle waits, or returns at a set time) starts at $95/hour sedan, $115/hour SUV, $185/hour Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. A Sprinter group run to Tulalip for the evening runs about $740 for the night — split across a group, often under $75 a person.
All the major Puget Sound casinos: Tulalip Resort Casino (Marysville, the biggest, full resort), Snoqualmie Casino (closest to Seattle, ~30 min east on I-90), Muckleshoot Casino (Auburn, recently expanded), Emerald Queen Casino (Tacoma/Fife, also a concert venue), Angel of the Winds (Arlington), and Suquamish Clearwater (Kitsap Peninsula). We also run to casinos further out — Little Creek in Shelton, Nisqually Red Wind near Olympia. Tell us where you want to go.
The main reason is the same as any night out with drinks: nobody should have to be the designated driver, and nobody should drive home tired and late. A chauffeur means the whole group goes together, everyone enjoys the evening, and you get home safely without anyone behind the wheel. It also skips casino parking, and for groups it's a fun way to start and end the night together rather than caravanning in separate cars.
Yes — group casino outings are one of our most common casino bookings. Birthday crews, friend groups, and organized senior or retirement-community day outings all book the Sprinter or a larger vehicle for a day or evening at the casino. For senior groups we plan extra time, choose vehicles with easy step-in entry, and coordinate pickup and return around the group's pace. The per-person cost drops sharply with a bigger group.
Both options work. With an hourly booking, the vehicle and chauffeur stay on-site or nearby and you leave whenever you want — best if your timing is open-ended. With a round-trip drop-and-return, we drop you off, the vehicle leaves, and returns at a scheduled pickup time you set — cheaper if you know roughly when you'll be done. For most evening casino runs with a planned end time, the drop-and-return is the better value.
1 to 2 weeks ahead for a sedan or SUV on a weekday or standard weekend. Larger vehicles (Sprinter, party bus) for group outings and any weekend with a big concert at Emerald Queen or Tulalip book heavier — 3 to 4 weeks ahead is safer. Senior-group day outings that need a specific vehicle should be booked early. Same-day is sometimes possible for sedans midweek but selection is limited.
