Drive With Us — W-2 Chauffeur Jobs & Operator Partner Network
W-2 chauffeur jobs · operator partner network · two ways in

Drive the standard.
Or partner with it.

Two ways to work with Seattle Limo Service. Apply as a W-2 executive chauffeur with full benefits, weekly pay, and the highest service standard in the Seattle market. Or join our operator partner network with dispatch, lead generation, and SaaS tools while keeping your fleet and brand independence.

Two paths. W-2 chauffeur positions — full benefits, $65K–$95K annual, weekly pay, paid training, 401(k) match, vehicles provided, dispatched directly. Operator partner network — for existing limo operators with their own fleet to access dispatch overflow, leads, and SaaS tools while keeping your brand independent. No upfront fee for partners; standard 80/20 commission split.

The standard we hire to.

Driving the vehicle is the easy part. We hire for service standard — the soft skills that make a chauffeur job different from rideshare driving. Specific operational requirements below.

Requirements checklist.

Every requirement below is non-negotiable. We provide paid training and licensing assistance for the right candidate who doesn't yet have credentials but meets the personal standards.

  • 21+ years old. Required by Washington UTC for commercial passenger transport.
  • Clean driving record. No DUIs, no major violations in the past 7 years. We pull MVR at hire and quarterly thereafter.
  • FBI background check & DOT drug screen. Required at hire, repeated annually. Failure means no job — no second chances.
  • Washington commercial driver license (CDL). Required for vehicles over a certain passenger threshold. We pay for testing and licensing if you don't have one yet.
  • Customer service experience. Hospitality, hotel concierge, fine dining, or corporate front desk — translates directly to chauffeur work.
  • Strong English communication. Spoken and written. Second languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic) are a strong plus and earn assignment to international VIP work.
  • Smartphone literacy. Real-time dispatch, GPS, customer text updates, and digital pre-trip checklists all run on smartphone.
  • Presentable appearance. Professional dress required. We provide uniform allowance; you provide the maintenance.

02

Your fleet. Our network.

Operator partnerships are for established limousine companies with their own fleet, drivers, and commercial insurance. Access dispatch overflow, lead generation, and SaaS dispatch tools while keeping your brand and business model independent.

Three reasons operators partner with us.

We work with operators across the Pacific Northwest who want to grow without taking on more marketing, dispatch overhead, or front-office staff. The math is simple — focus on operating, we focus on filling the calendar.
01

Steady overflow bookings

We dispatch our excess demand to network partners. For an operator running 5–15 vehicles, that's typically 20–60 incremental bookings per month at full retail pricing minus the network fee.

02

Brand independence preserved

You keep your fleet, your drivers (W-2 on your books), your direct customers, your pricing for direct bookings. Only the bookings we send you flow through our quality standard. Most partners run dual brand strategies.

03

Optional SaaS tools

Access to RYDE Platform — our internally built SaaS for dispatch, customer management, automated quoting, and white-label customer experience. Optional, monthly subscription. Many partners use it; some keep their existing systems.

Three tiers. One partnership.

Tier is determined by your fleet size and commitment level. All tiers include core dispatch overflow and quality standards; higher tiers unlock better commission splits, priority routing, and Enterprise account access.

Clear about what each side brings.

Most partnership decks are vague about who's responsible for what. Ours isn't. Here's the operational split — what flows from us to you, and what you bring to the network.
what we provide

From our side.

  • Customer demand & lead generation. Dispatch overflow bookings from our marketing pipeline, SEO traffic, and partner referrals across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Dispatch coordination. Real-time booking routing to your dispatch team via API or via our portal. You confirm acceptance and dispatch your driver.
  • Quality standard branding. When you take a network booking, the customer experience is held to our quality standard with name, photo, ETA texts, and post-trip survey.
  • Optional RYDE Platform SaaS. White-label or co-branded dispatch software for your direct customers if you want to use it. Stripe integration on your account.
  • Payment processing. We collect from the customer, deduct the network fee, and disburse to you weekly via ACH.
  • Customer service backstop. Our customer service team handles network booking inquiries; only operational dispatch issues route to your team.
what you bring

From your side.

  • Your fleet. Late-model vehicles in the classes you operate. We don't require a specific make or model, but vehicles must meet luxury-standard age, mileage, and condition guidelines.
  • Your W-2 drivers. All drivers must be W-2 employees on your books (we don't accept gig contractor models). Standard background checks, drug screens, and licensing apply.
  • Your commercial insurance. Minimum $1M liability; we recommend $1.5M for Enterprise routing. Your COI on file with us, updated annually.
  • Washington UTC operating authority. Active, in good standing. Operators across state lines need equivalent state authority in their operating territory.
  • Service standard execution. Network bookings are held to our service standard — on-time arrival, professional dress, vehicle cleanliness, post-trip vehicle reset.
  • Booking acceptance reliability. Once you accept a network booking, you commit to delivering it. Repeated last-minute declines result in network tier downgrade.

What people ask both sides.

For chauffeur applicants
Are Seattle Limo Service chauffeurs W-2 employees or gig contractors?+

Every chauffeur at Seattle Limo Service is a W-2 employee with full benefits — never a 1099 gig contractor. This is core to our operating standard since 2010. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid training, uniform allowance, and weekly direct deposit pay.

How much do Seattle Limo Service chauffeurs make?+

Full-time chauffeurs earn $65,000–$95,000 annually based on experience, vehicle class certifications, and shift availability. Compensation includes base hourly pay ($25–$32/hr), guaranteed gratuity (built into customer pricing), shift differentials for weekends and overnight airport runs, and quarterly performance bonuses.

Do I need a special license to drive for Seattle Limo Service?+

Yes. Washington State requires a commercial driver license (CDL) for passenger transport vehicles seating more than a certain number of passengers, plus a Washington UTC chauffeur permit. We provide paid training and cover the cost of licensing for the right candidates without these credentials yet.

What vehicles will I drive?+

Chauffeurs are typically assigned to a primary vehicle class (executive sedan, executive SUV, Sprinter, stretch limo, stretch SUV, or party bus) but may cross-train on multiple. Senior chauffeurs often dedicate to specific Enterprise corporate accounts with a consistent assigned vehicle.

For operator partners
What is the operator partner network?+

Our partner network is for established limousine operators with their own fleet, insurance, and drivers who want to access dispatch overflow bookings, our SaaS tools, and our brand quality standards while maintaining their own business identity. Partners keep their fleet, their drivers (W-2 on your books), and their pricing. We provide leads, technology, and a recognized quality standard.

What does it cost to join the operator partner network?+

There is no upfront fee. We work on a per-booking commission split. Standard tier: 80% to operator, 20% network fee. Volume tier (5+ vehicles): 85/15 split. Enterprise tier (15+ vehicles): negotiated split with additional benefits. Operators also pay for the optional dispatch SaaS subscription ($99–$499/month) if they elect to use it.

Do partner operators have to use Seattle Limo Service branding?+

No. Partner operators maintain full brand independence. Your vehicles, your drivers, your branding. You operate under your own company name for direct bookings. Only the overflow/network bookings flowing through our dispatch system are branded with our quality standard. We have operating partners across the Pacific Northwest who keep their own identity entirely.

What technology do partners get?+

Optional access to RYDE Platform — our internally built SaaS for limousine dispatch, customer management, and booking. Includes web booking, mobile dispatch apps, automated quoting, customer database, and integrated payments via your own Stripe account. White-label options available for partners wanting their own branded customer experience.

Two paths.
One quality standard.

Drive for us or partner with us. Both start with a conversation. We respond to every inquiry within 5 business days.
