Private chauffeured transportation to Seattle's major concert and sports venues — Climate Pledge Arena, T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, Paramount Theatre, Benaroya Hall, Showbox. Flat-rate one-ways from $85. Tailgate party buses. Post-event pickup at the right gate, not the one that gridlocks. Same price whether the game runs into extra innings or the encore goes long.

Eight Seattle venues. One staging plan for each.

Post-event traffic is the actual problem nobody else solves. Climate Pledge Arena's 1st Ave ride zone gridlocks for thirty minutes after every show; we stage on Mercer. T-Mobile Park traffic clears D Street side fifteen minutes before Edgar Martinez Drive. Lumen Field has different exit logic for Seahawks vs Sounders games. Each booking gets a venue-specific staging plan in writing.

Climate Pledge Arena

arena

Kraken hockey, big-name concerts, WNBA Storm. Seattle's biggest indoor venue. The most-shopped concert venue on this list.

arrival drop
1st Ave N · main ride zone
post-event pickup
Mercer or 5th Ave N
Why Mercer for pickup: the 1st Ave N ride zone gridlocks 25–30 minutes after every event. Mercer staging is empty by then.

T-Mobile Park

Mariners

Mariners home games. Big summer concerts (Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift tours). 47,000 capacity — biggest pickup volume in the network.

arrival drop
1st Ave S · main entry
post-game pickup
Edgar Martinez Drive S
Weeknight games end ~9:45 PM — Pioneer Square traffic gridlocks until 10:15. Plan accordingly for sedan drops in that window.

Lumen Field

Seahawks · Sounders

Seahawks home games (loudest stadium in the NFL), Sounders MLS matches, FIFA 2026 fixtures. 68,000-capacity stadium. Heavy tailgate culture.

arrival drop
Occidental Ave S
post-game pickup
Royal Brougham Way · by section
Seahawks vs Sounders exit logic differs. Confirm which game at booking — Seahawks crowds exit south, Sounders fans exit north.

Paramount Theatre

touring · Broadway

National Broadway tours (Hamilton, Wicked, Book of Mormon). Mid-size touring concerts. Built 1928, 2,800 seats. Pine Street downtown.

arrival drop
Pine St & 9th Ave
post-show pickup
9th Ave south side
Shows let out fast — Broadway crowds emerge in a 5-minute window. Vehicle staged before encore ends.

Showbox SoDo

music · indie

Mid-size touring acts (indie, rock, alt). General admission floor. SoDo industrial district — easier traffic than downtown venues.

arrival drop
1st Ave S · venue front
post-show pickup
1st Ave S · same zone
Less gridlock than downtown venues. Pickup is usually possible from the same zone you dropped at.

WAMU Theater

expo · concerts

Mid-size concerts and special events. Inside the Lumen Field complex. Shares post-event traffic with Lumen on shared-event days.

arrival drop
S King St · north entry
post-show pickup
Occidental Ave S
Confirm at booking whether there's a Lumen Field event the same day — changes drop logistics significantly.

Benaroya Hall

symphony

Seattle Symphony Orchestra. Classical, opera in concert, holiday tours. Downtown, 2nd Ave & University.

arrival drop
3rd Ave · valet zone
post-show pickup
2nd Ave University St
Most civilized exit. Symphony crowd disperses slowly — pickup is calm 10–15 min after show end.

Moore Theatre

touring · vintage

Seattle's oldest active theater (1907). Touring music acts, comedy specials, indie film premieres. 1,800 seats. 2nd Ave & Virginia.

arrival drop
2nd Ave · venue front
post-show pickup
Virginia St · side entrance
Tight street parking — limos drop and circle until pickup text. SUVs may need to use 3rd Ave as a holding zone.

Three ways to book the same night. Different price math.

Most shoppers default to "I need a limo to the game." But there are three different booking models — and the wrong choice can double the bill. Here's the decision tree, with pricing for a 6-person group.

tailgate · the vehicle stays

Pre-Game Tailgate

4-hour hourly chauffeur. Vehicle stays parked near the venue as your tailgate setup. Best for Seahawks, Mariners playoffs, big-game culture.

  • You want the vehicle to be the tailgate
  • Pre-game festivities are the experience
  • Group wants drinks and sound system before kickoff
  • Sports culture, not concert culture
  • Vehicle stays with group whole window
  • On-board sound, LED lighting, cooler space
  • Chauffeur returns for post-game drop-offs
  • 3-hour minimum (most book 4)

premium · max flexibility

All-Night Hourly

6-hour hourly chauffeur. Vehicle waits during the event. Leave the moment you want, not when the rideshare app finds a driver.

  • Event end time is unpredictable
  • Extended encores, overtime games, late curtain
  • You want flexibility to extend or cut short
  • Adding a dinner stop before or after
  • Vehicle waits during whole event
  • Same chauffeur start to finish
  • Pre/post stops included (dinner, drinks)
  • 30-min extensions billed at standard rate

why concert and sports nights are different

Rideshare math gets brutal the moment the show ends.

The reason concert and sports limo booking volume keeps growing isn't luxury — it's economics. Surge pricing on a 6-person Uber after a Taylor Swift show easily clears $200 split four ways. A booked SUV is $230 flat one-way, no surge. The math wins before the show even starts, and you skip the post-event parking-lot wait.

  • 01
No surge pricing, ever. Flat rate locked at booking. Same price whether you book three weeks out or the day-of.
  • 02
No post-event scramble. Vehicle staged before the show ends. You walk to the curb, you're in the car. No app-loading in stadium WiFi.
  • 03
Real drop zones, not "near the venue". We drop at the actual venue entrance — Climate Pledge 1st Ave N, T-Mobile 1st Ave S — not "as close as I can get."
  • 04
Pre-event flexibility. Add a dinner stop before the show? Just tell us at booking. No extra fees for stops on the way.
  • 05
Group of 6+ math. Splitting an SUV at $115 each is competitive with rideshare base rates — and you all arrive together.
  • 06
Discretion for client hosting. Corporate clients with suite tickets get unbranded vehicles on request. No company logos for hosted guests.

Pick by group size first.

Concert and sports bookings cover the whole vehicle range — from a 2-person sedan to T-Mobile Park to a 30-person mini-coach for a Seahawks corporate group. Pick by passenger count. When in doubt, size up; an empty seat is cheaper than splitting two vehicles.

★★★★★

"Booked the SUV pair for a Taylor Swift show at Lumen — $230 flat round-trip for our group of six. Uber was quoting $185 one-way at surge before the show even ended. The driver was at the Royal Brougham pickup spot before the encore. We walked out, got in, and were home in Bellevue 35 minutes later. Twenty other rideshare passengers were still waiting in line when we pulled away."

Asked & answered.

The questions concert and sports shoppers ask before booking. Pricing, one-way vs hourly logic, post-event pickup, tailgates, drop zones, out-of-town hotel routes. Anything not covered, call 206-512-8766.

A flat-rate sedan one-way from a downtown or Bellevue hotel to Climate Pledge Arena, T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, or any major Seattle venue starts at $85. SUV is $115. Sprinter for 6 to 14 people is $185. A round-trip booked as two separate one-ways is double the one-way rate, with no waiting fees in between. Hourly bookings (vehicle waits during the event) start at $95/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Depends on the gap. If the show is over 3 hours and you don't need the car waiting, book two one-ways — drop you off, vehicle leaves, returns at scheduled pickup time. Cheaper than hourly for known-interval round-trips. If the gap is under 3 hours, or you want the vehicle waiting (so you can leave the moment you want, not when the rideshare app finds a driver), book hourly. Hourly is also better for shows where end time is unpredictable — extended encores, overtime games, late curtain calls.
Each venue has a specific staging strategy that beats the post-event gridlock. At Climate Pledge Arena, we stage on Mercer or 5th Ave N rather than the main 1st Ave ride zone (which clogs for 30+ minutes). At T-Mobile Park, post-game pickup is at Edgar Martinez Drive S, not the Occidental Ave side. At Lumen Field, we stage at Royal Brougham depending on which gate the section exits. Every booking confirmation includes the venue-specific pickup plan in writing.
Yes. Tailgate bookings are typically 4-hour hourly chauffeur, vehicle stays parked near the venue as your private tailgate setup with sound system, mood lighting, and bottle/cooler storage. Most common for Seahawks home games and big Mariners series. The chauffeur drives the group from pickup location to the tailgate spot, manages the vehicle as a base, then drives back to drop-offs after the game. Tailgate-style party bus bookings start at $1,100 for 4 hours.
Yes — party bus (20 passengers) and mini-coach (30 passengers) are standard for larger concert and sports outings. Common for friend groups attending big-name tours at Climate Pledge or Lumen Field, corporate client hosting for Seahawks/Mariners suite tickets, and bachelorette concert nights. Party bus integrates sound system and LED lighting; mini-coach is coach-style seating with reading lights for longer events like 3-hour concerts or college football games.
Each venue has rideshare/limo drop zones designated by the Port of Seattle, City of Seattle, or the venue itself. Climate Pledge has 1st Ave N and Mercer drops. T-Mobile Park drops at Edgar Martinez Drive or 1st Ave S. Lumen Field drops at Occidental Ave S or Royal Brougham depending on event type. We know which zones are active for which events and adjust at booking time. Black SUVs and Sprinters can use ride zones; party buses sometimes have separate larger-vehicle staging.
Yes. Many fans book hotels in Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, or Redmond for events at downtown Seattle venues — and out-of-town visitors often stay near Sea-Tac. We do flat-rate one-ways from any of those areas. Bellevue/Kirkland to Climate Pledge: $135 sedan. Sea-Tac hotels to Lumen Field: $115 sedan. Tacoma hotels to Seattle venues: $175 sedan. Same flat-rate logic as our point-to-point service.
Big-name tours (Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, headliner stadium shows) and playoff games book heaviest — 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Standard regular-season Seahawks/Mariners games and most Climate Pledge Arena shows are 1 to 2 weeks ahead for sedans/SUVs. Same-day is possible for non-event nights but vehicle selection narrows during major event days when half the Seattle limo network is already booked.
