Two tiers.
From the Maybach
to the everyday executive.

Two tiers of chauffeured sedan service. The Mercedes-Maybach S580 — our ultra-luxury flagship for principals, FBO arrivals, and discreet high-end transport. The executive sedan tier — Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7, or Tesla Model X — for corporate, point-to-point, and refined personal travel. Sea-Tac airport transfers billed flat-rate by mileage.

about the executive sedan fleet

Two clear tiers. One for the principal, one for the day-to-day.

Most executive sedan bookings fall into one of two patterns. The first is the principal-and-FBO booking — a CEO, a VIP, a high-end personal client where the vehicle matters as much as the service. That's the Maybach. The second is the corporate-executive day-to-day — hourly chauffeur for meetings and roadshows, point-to-point transfers, refined personal travel. That's the executive sedan tier.

The Maybach is $350 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The executive sedan tier — Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7, or Tesla Model X — is $175 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, interchangeable at the same rate. Airport transfers (Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, Paine Field) are billed flat-rate by mileage rather than hourly, which is almost always the better value for straight airport runs.

The Maybach is its own thing — the flagship Mercedes long-wheelbase platform, our ultra-luxury vehicle. The executive sedan tier groups three vehicles at the same hourly rate: Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7, Tesla Model X. Both tiers detailed below.

Mercedes-Maybach S580

Up to 3 passengers From $350 / hour, 4-hour min

Our ultra-luxury sedan. The Maybach is the long-wheelbase variant of the Mercedes S-Class, built specifically for chauffeured rear-passenger use — extended legroom, executive rear seating with reclining, separate climate zones, premium audio, and the quietest cabin in the fleet. The vehicle of choice when the client is the focus and the ride needs to disappear.

Most-requested for principal and CEO transport, FBO and private aviation arrivals, high-end personal clients, and any booking where the vehicle's presence itself communicates something. Discreet exterior in black, the kind of car that arrives without announcing itself but reads as significant the moment the door opens.

Best for — principal and executive transport, FBO and private jet arrivals, ultra-luxury personal clients, anniversary dinners where the vehicle matters, wedding-day arrivals for couples who want the most refined option, and any booking where the Maybach is the right answer.

Executive Sedan Tier

Up to 3 passengers From $175 / hour, 3-hour min

Our standard executive sedan service. Three vehicles at the same tier and the same hourly rate — Mercedes-Benz S-Class as the centerpiece, with BMW i7 and Tesla Model X as the EV equivalents at the same price point. We assign based on client preference where stated, and by availability on the day.

The right vehicle for the corporate-executive day-to-day. Hourly chauffeur for meetings and roadshows, point-to-point transfers, refined personal transport, downtown-to-Bellevue corporate runs, dinner reservations, evening transport. The S-Class anchors the tier as the traditional refined sedan; the BMW i7 and Tesla Model X give clients explicitly an EV option at the same rate.

Best for — hourly corporate chauffeur, executive transport, multi-stop business days, point-to-point transfers, refined personal travel, dinner reservations, FBO arrivals where the Maybach isn't requested, and any chauffeured sedan booking where comfort and quality matter.

What you get across both tiers.

The core amenity package is consistent across the Maybach and the executive sedan tier — what changes is the level of refinement, the cabin quietness, and the rear-passenger experience. Six things you can count on across every booking.
1

Premium audio

Burmester audio in the Maybach; comparable premium audio systems across the S-Class, BMW i7, and Tesla Model X. Bluetooth pairing for any device, aux input as backup. Passenger panel for volume and source control — chauffeur stays out of the music decision.

Tier difference — the Maybach's Burmester system is purpose-tuned for the extended rear cabin. The executive tier systems are excellent but not Maybach-level.
2

Climate & comfort

Independent climate control for the rear passenger zone, set to passenger preference at pickup. Heated and ventilated seating across all vehicles. Tinted privacy glass on rear windows. The Maybach adds reclining executive seating and separate rear climate panel.

For long rides — set climate at pickup, adjust mid-ride as needed via the rear panel. The chauffeur doesn't touch climate controls without asking.
3

Connectivity

Wireless and USB-C charging across all vehicles. WiFi available on request for the Maybach and on a per-vehicle basis for the executive tier. Bluetooth pairing for calls if the client wants to take a meeting in the back.

For work calls — request WiFi at booking. The cabin quietness across both tiers is appropriate for calls; the Maybach is noticeably the quieter of the two.
4

Bottled water & basics

Complimentary bottled water in every vehicle. Tissues, hand sanitizer, charging cables available on request. The Maybach adds magazines and a small cabin amenity tray for longer rides; the executive tier focuses on the essentials.

Standard across both — bottled water is restocked before every pickup. Other amenities available on request at booking.
5

Privacy & discretion

Tinted privacy glass on rear windows across all vehicles. The Maybach can be configured with deeper privacy and an audio masking option. Chauffeur defaults to silence during the ride unless engaged by the passenger.

For sensitive conversations — the Maybach is the right vehicle. The executive tier is appropriate for most personal-call use but lacks the dedicated audio isolation.
6

Chauffeur posture

Dark suit, white shirt, dark tie across both tiers. Door service. Bags handled. Quiet unless engaged. Chauffeurs assigned to the Maybach are senior team members with FBO and principal-transport experience; the executive tier is staffed by the full team.

For repeat clients — the same chauffeur can be requested for recurring bookings where availability allows.

Hourly billing or flat-rate by mileage.

Executive sedan bookings are either hourly (for multi-stop or open-ended trips) or flat-rate by mileage (for airport transfers and straight point-to-point routes). Here's what each includes and what sits outside.
what's included

In every booking

Both hourly and mileage-based bookings include the vehicle, chauffeur, and the standard amenity package across the booked service. Items included in every reservation:

  • Vehicle and W-2 chauffeur for the booked service
  • Standard amenity package — bottled water, charging, climate, audio
  • Real-time flight tracking for airport bookings
  • 30-minute complimentary wait window on airport arrivals
  • Discreet, professionally attired chauffeur (dark suit, white shirt)
  • $1.5M commercial liability coverage
  • Booking-day dispatcher coordination

Booking variables

Some pricing variables sit outside the base rate. These are quoted at booking and disclosed in writing before deposit:

  • Airport transfers — flat-rate by mileage, quoted before booking, not hourly
  • Hourly bookings beyond minimum — billed in 30-minute increments at booked rate
  • Weekend and holiday rates — may be higher than standard weekday hourly
  • Weekend and holiday minimums — typically higher than weekday minimums
  • Chauffeur gratuity — standard 20% added at booking unless declined
  • Out-of-area surcharges — beyond standard Seattle metro service area
  • Extended wait beyond 30-minute airport window — billed at booked vehicle rate

Common questions.

Pricing, vehicle selection, airport mileage billing, EV options, FBO transfers, and minimums — straight answers, no asterisks.
How much does an executive sedan cost in Seattle?+

The Mercedes-Maybach S580 is $350 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The executive sedan tier — Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7, or Tesla Model X — is $175 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field airport transfers are billed by mileage on a flat-rate basis rather than hourly.

How is airport transfer pricing calculated?+

Sea-Tac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field airport transfers are flat-rate by mileage — not hourly. The rate is calculated from your pickup address to the airport (or vice versa) and quoted before booking. This is different from our hourly chauffeur service, which is the right structure for any booking with multiple stops, waiting time, or unclear timing. For straight airport transfers, mileage pricing is almost always the better value.

What's the difference between the Maybach and the executive sedan tier?+

The Mercedes-Maybach S580 is our ultra-luxury sedan — the flagship Mercedes long-wheelbase platform with executive rear seating, premium audio, and the most refined ride available in our fleet. The executive sedan tier (Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7, Tesla Model X) is our standard chauffeured sedan service for corporate, executive, and refined personal transport. The Maybach commands the higher rate because of the vehicle itself; the tier-equivalent vehicles are matched by client preference and availability at the same $175/hr rate.

Which of the S-Class, BMW i7, or Tesla Model X will I get?+

All three are at the same tier and the same hourly rate. We assign by client preference where stated, and by availability on the day. If you have a strong preference — for example, an EV specifically (BMW i7 or Tesla Model X), or the traditional S-Class — let us know at booking and we'll do our best to match it.

Do you handle FBO and private aviation transfers?+

Yes. We provide tarmac-side pickups at Signature Aviation, Modern Aviation, and Clay Lacy at Boeing Field (BFI), plus private terminals at Sea-Tac. Chauffeurs coordinate directly with your flight crew. The Maybach is the most-requested vehicle for FBO transfers; the S-Class tier is also widely used for corporate FBO arrivals.

What's the minimum booking time?+

The Mercedes-Maybach S580 has a 4-hour minimum on hourly bookings. The executive sedan tier (S-Class, BMW i7, Tesla Model X) has a 3-hour minimum. Airport transfers are mileage-based and have no hourly minimum — they're billed flat-rate per the route. Weekends and holidays may carry higher minimums and rates depending on the date.

Can the sedan wait between stops?+

Yes — for hourly bookings, the vehicle stays with you between stops. Dinner, meetings, errands, photo locations, between venues. The chauffeur waits nearby. All waiting time is included in your hourly window. Airport transfers are flat-rate so don't include extended waiting — but a complimentary 30-minute wait window is built into airport arrivals to account for baggage claim time.

Are the BMW i7 and Tesla Model X fully electric?+

Yes — both the BMW i7 and Tesla Model X are fully electric. Clients booking the executive sedan tier who specifically want an EV can request either one at booking. The Mercedes S-Class is an internal-combustion sedan (or available as a plug-in hybrid depending on the specific vehicle on the day). All three are at the same tier rate of $175 per hour.

How early should I book?+

For the Maybach, three to five days for weekday bookings, one to two weeks for weekends, and four to six weeks for major events. For the executive sedan tier, 24 to 72 hours is typical though same-day is often possible. Airport transfers can usually be booked the same day depending on time and availability.
