Eight Seattle venues. One staging plan for each.

Graduation day parking is the actual operational problem nobody else solves. Each venue gets a written staging plan on the booking confirmation.

graduation day is not the day to figure out parking

The graduate has one job. The chauffeur has the other seventeen.

Graduation day has too many moving parts to figure out in the moment. Out-of-town family flights, ceremony seating, the photographer at the venue, the dinner reservation, grandma's mobility, traffic clearing Husky Stadium, where to park, where to stage, when to leave. The chauffeur's whole job is to make sure none of that lands on you on graduation morning.

  • 01
Hotel-to-venue staging. If extended family is at a hotel, the limo picks up there. Drops at the right gate, returns at the right time.
  • 02
Family photo location pre-planned. Kerry Park, Discovery Park, campus lawns — we suggest based on venue and timing. Photographer can be coordinated.
  • 03
Mobility support without making it a big deal. Running-board steps standard. Wheelchair accessibility on 72-hour notice. Chauffeur assists without hovering.
  • 04
Dinner reservation drop. Drop at the restaurant — Canlis, Daniel's Broiler, Cafe Juanita — exactly on reservation time. Pickup at end of dinner.
  • 05
The graduate's separate timing. If the graduate has post-ceremony school events (school dinner, after-party), we can split the booking — family back to hotel, graduate continues.
  • 06
Hotel return at the end. Whole family home or hotel after dinner, regardless of the time. No surge math on the return leg.

Pick by family size. Then by school-event scenario.

Family graduation bookings split cleanly across SUV / Sprinter / Mini-coach by headcount. School-group bookings (field trips, banquets, competitions) almost always need the mini-coach for seatbelt count and luggage capacity. Stretch limos rarely make sense for family bookings — they're more often booked for 8th grade promotions.

★★★★★

"My mom flew in from Florida for my daughter's UW graduation — she walks with a cane and the Husky Stadium parking situation was going to be impossible. Booked the 8-hour Sprinter. The chauffeur knew exactly which gate to drop at, was waiting at Gate 4 within 5 minutes of the ceremony ending (the staging plan was on the confirmation), and even knew the family photo spot at the Quad without us asking. Worth every dollar on the most stressful day of the year."

Asked & answered.

The questions families and schools ask before booking. Pricing, venue logistics, mobility support, school field trips, dance competitions, college visits, middle school promotions. Anything not covered, call 206-512-8766 directly.

Most graduation bookings are an 8-hour family day at $920 in an executive SUV (6 family members) or $1,480 in a Sprinter (14 family members). Shorter ceremony-only bookings of 4 hours start at $460 in an SUV or $740 in a Sprinter. The most common booking is the Sprinter — extended family flies in for graduation and a single vehicle handles the whole party plus the graduate.
Each venue has a specific staging strategy. Husky Stadium: drop at Gate 1 for arrival, but stage at Gate 4 for post-ceremony pickup because Gate 1 area gridlocks until roughly 5:15 PM. Climate Pledge Arena: drop at the 1st Avenue ride zone, pickup at the 2nd Avenue zone after the ceremony lets out. Showare Center (Kent): drop at the south entrance, pickup at the loading dock zone where it's less congested. We send the exact staging plan with the booking confirmation.
Yes. Executive SUVs and Sprinter vans both have running-board steps and chauffeur-assisted entry. For wheelchair access, we coordinate wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) with 72-hour advance notice — these have rear lifts and securement anchors. For elderly grandparents who don't use a wheelchair but need extra time, we add 15 to 30 minutes of staging buffer at no charge. Just notify us at booking.
Yes — field trip transportation is one of our regular school-event categories. Common destinations: Museum of Flight, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Symphony at Benaroya Hall, Bainbridge Island day trips, Mount Rainier and Olympic National Park day trips. Vehicles are coach-style mini-buses (30 passengers) with seatbelts on every seat. We require a chaperone manifest at booking and insurance certificates on file with the school. School billing is Net 30 with PTA or school district.
Yes. Dance competitions, debate tournaments, sports playoffs, science olympiad — group transportation to in-state and out-of-state competitions. Common destinations: Tacoma Convention Center, Bellevue Hyatt Regency, Portland (3 hours), Spokane (4 hours each way). We bill at the standard hourly rate for travel time plus event hours. Multi-day overnight competitions include chauffeur lodging arrangement, billed separately.
College visit day is an 8-hour executive SUV at $920, sized for the student plus 2 to 4 family members. Common Washington routes: UW Seattle and Bothell campuses, WSU Pullman (full day plus overnight), Western Washington University in Bellingham (5 hours each way), Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma), Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University. For out-of-state college tours (Oregon, Idaho, California), we quote multi-day bookings with chauffeur lodging.
8 to 12 weeks ahead for June graduation ceremonies (UW, high schools, community colleges all run early-to-mid June). 4 to 6 weeks for December graduations. June is the heaviest demand window of the year — every Sprinter and party bus in the Seattle limo network is booked weeks out. Single-couple SUV bookings can usually be secured 2 to 3 weeks ahead. For families flying in from out of state, book at the same time as the airline tickets.
Yes. 8th grade promotion is typically a 3-hour booking in a stretch limousine for a group of 8 to 10 students at $585 total ($59 per student), with the booking parent invoiced. Same zero-alcohol and safety policies as our prom and homecoming service — students are minors, the chauffeur enforces standards strictly. Many middle school groups also book just the executive SUV for a smaller post-promotion dinner outing.

Lock graduation early. The day matters too much to leave to surge pricing.

Tell us the ceremony date, venue, family size, and pickup location. We send a full quote with the venue staging plan attached — so you know before you book exactly where the limo will be at every moment of the day.
