Graduation day transportation for families — and the school events that surround it. Field trips, sports banquets, dance competitions, college visits, 8th grade promotions. Husky Stadium, Climate Pledge Arena, Showare Center, Tacoma Dome — we know exactly where to drop, where to stage, and which gate exits gridlock at 5:15. One vehicle, one chauffeur, one family.
Graduation day parking is the actual operational problem nobody else solves. We've moved families through these venues for fifteen years and we know which gates exit fastest, where the gridlock pools, and where to stage so your family isn't waiting twenty minutes in the wrong zone. Each venue gets a written staging plan on the booking confirmation.

Graduation is the headline. But "school events" covers a lot more — field trips, sports banquets, dance competitions, college visits, middle-school promotions. Six common scenarios with vehicle, duration, and total cost. Most of these are bookings competitors don't even surface.
Family arrives morning of, ceremony in afternoon, photo stops, dinner reservation, return to hotel or home. The single biggest booking we run each June.

Graduation day has too many moving parts to figure out in the moment. Out-of-town family flights, ceremony seating, the photographer at the venue, the dinner reservation, grandma's mobility, traffic clearing Husky Stadium, where to park, where to stage, when to leave. The chauffeur's whole job is to make sure none of that lands on you on graduation morning.
Family graduation bookings split cleanly across SUV / Sprinter / Mini-coach by headcount. School-group bookings (field trips, banquets, competitions) almost always need the mini-coach for seatbelt count and luggage capacity. Stretch limos rarely make sense for family bookings — they're more often booked for 8th grade promotions.
For the immediate-family graduation. Graduate plus parents plus 2–3 grandparents or siblings. Best for one-school college visit day. Lowest total cost of any graduation-day vehicle.
The default graduation vehicle. Holds extended family — grandparents from both sides, aunts & uncles, the graduate's siblings and friends. Standing-height cabin makes entry easy for older family. Captain's-style forward seating.
For large families (multiple graduating cousins on one day) or school-group bookings — field trips, sports banquets, debate tournaments. Coach-style seating with seatbelts on every seat. Required for school field-trip bookings.
Every graduation and school-event booking includes these by default. Gratuity (20% standard) is paid by the booking parent on top. School field trip bookings require chaperone manifest and have separate insurance certificate workflow.
"My mom flew in from Florida for my daughter's UW graduation — she walks with a cane and the Husky Stadium parking situation was going to be impossible. Booked the 8-hour Sprinter. The chauffeur knew exactly which gate to drop at, was waiting at Gate 4 within 5 minutes of the ceremony ending (the staging plan was on the confirmation), and even knew the family photo spot at the Quad without us asking. Worth every dollar on the most stressful day of the year."
