Two party buses.
One built for the
group, the night,
the dance floor.

Two party buses in our fleet — a 20-passenger and a 30-passenger, sized for the moment your group outgrows a stretch limo. LED ceilings, premium audio with subwoofers, hardwood dance floor, dance pole, bar with stemware. Built for milestone birthdays, prom, weddings, quinceañeras, brewery tours, and large-group nights out.

about the party bus fleet

Two party buses. 20 and 30 passengers. Same standard, different scale.

When the stretch limo or stretch SUV runs out of seats, the party bus picks up. Our two buses cover the 15-to-30 passenger range — the 20-passenger for groups of 15 to 20, the 30-passenger for full courts of honor, large wedding parties, and the milestone celebrations where the guest list keeps growing.

Both buses share the same amenity package — wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED, premium audio with subwoofers calibrated for the larger cabin, hardwood dance floor, center dance pole, bar setup, flat-screen TVs. Built to be moved around in. The suspension and ride height are tuned for passengers standing and dancing while in motion, which is the whole point.

20-passenger Party Bus

Up to 20 passengers From $300 / hour

The standard party bus in our fleet. Sized for groups of 15 to 20 — the most common party bus booking range, and the natural step up when a 14-passenger stretch SUV would be too tight. At home across milestone birthdays, prom, quinceañera courts, mid-size weddings, and friend-group nights out.

Perimeter leather seating along both walls and the back, leaving the center clear for the hardwood dance floor and the dance pole. Premium audio with subwoofers throughout the cabin. LED ceiling and accent lighting passenger-controlled from the onboard panel. Bar setup with stemware, ice, and bottled water.

Best for — milestone birthdays, prom, quinceañera courts of 15–20, mid-size wedding parties, brewery and distillery tours, large friend-group nights out, and any 15-to-20 passenger event where dancing is part of the night.

30-passenger Party Bus

Up to 30 passengers From $350 / hour

The extended party bus for larger groups. Built for the celebrations that outgrow a 20-passenger booking — full quinceañera courts that need to ride together, large wedding parties, milestone birthday gatherings of 25 to 30, and corporate or hospitality group transport.

Same interior amenity package as the 20-passenger bus, scaled for the larger cabin. Longer dance floor, additional seating along the perimeter, audio system tuned for the extended length, more bar storage. The center dance pole is the focal point of the longer cabin, with seating wrapping around it on three sides.

Best for — full quinceañera courts of honor, large wedding parties, big milestone birthday celebrations (25–30 guests), corporate hospitality groups, and any event where the 20-passenger bus would leave people standing.

Which one, for which group.

The two party buses side by side — capacity, occasion fit, hourly rate, minimum. The deciding factor is group size; both share the same amenity package.
Vehicle Capacity Best for Hourly from Minimum

30-Passenger Party BusExtended length Up to 30 Full quinceañera courts, large wedding parties, big milestone birthdays, corporate hospitality $350/hr 5 hours

Same amenity package across both buses.

Whether you book the 20- or 30-passenger bus, the interior amenity package is the same. The 30-passenger version scales the seating, dance floor, and audio for the longer cabin — the amenities themselves are identical.
1

Hardwood dance floor

Center dance floor running the length of the cabin between the wraparound seating. Hardwood surface, not carpet — built for actual dancing, not just standing room. Suspension and ride height are tuned to keep the floor stable while the bus is in motion.

Reality check — dancing while moving is possible and that's the whole point. The chauffeur drives smoothly and turns gently when the floor is occupied.
2

Center dance pole

Floor-to-ceiling stainless steel dance pole mounted at the center of the cabin, structurally secured top and bottom. The pole is part of the cabin's structural framing, not a freestanding addition.

Standard equipment — the pole is fixed and not removable. If you'd prefer a vehicle without one, the stretch SUV limousines (Hummer or Escalade) are your alternative for similar group sizes.
3

Premium audio with subwoofers

Multi-speaker system running the length of the cabin with subwoofers tuned for the larger interior volume — handles the cabin volume the party bus space demands without distortion. Bluetooth pairing and aux input. Passenger panel controls volume and source.

What to bring — your playlist paired via Bluetooth before you board. The system was built for actual party-volume use, not background music.
4

Color-changing LED & lighting

LED ceiling and accent lighting running the full length of the cabin with passenger-controlled color and brightness. Full-spectrum cycling for events, single-tone presets for more refined occasions. Fiber-optic detailing accents the bar and seating.

For events — the lighting package handles both day and night use. Reads strong in social media video shot inside the bus.
5

Bar setup & glassware

Built-in bar with stemware, rocks glasses, ice bucket, bottled-water service, and recessed bottle storage. Bar is set up before pickup based on the booking type — wedding service gets champagne flutes, milestone-birthday service gets the full stemware lineup.

What we provide — ice, glassware, bottled water, napkins. Clients bring their own alcohol or beverages (21+ for alcohol per Washington State law).
6

Flat-screen TVs & climate

Multiple flat-screen TVs mounted throughout the cabin — can run a playlist, a slideshow, a game, or stay off if the night doesn't need them. Independent climate control for the passenger area, set to passenger preference at pickup.

Most-used — the TVs typically display music videos or a custom slideshow for milestone events. Bluetooth screen-sharing available on request.

Hourly billing, 5-hour minimum.

Some pricing variables sit outside the base hourly rate. These are quoted at booking and disclosed in writing before deposit:

  • Lot-to-lot billing — hours start when bus leaves our lot, end when it returns

  • Weekend/holiday/prom minimums — typically 6, 7, or 8 hours for peak dates
  • Chauffeur gratuity — standard 20% added at booking unless declined

How much does a party bus rental cost in Seattle?+

The 20-passenger party bus is $300 per hour. The 30-passenger party bus is $350 per hour. All bookings carry a 5-hour minimum. Weekends, holidays, and prom season (typically April through June) may require higher minimums and higher hourly rates depending on the date.

Which party bus should I book — 20 or 30 passenger?+

The 20-passenger party bus is sized for groups of 15 to 20 — most milestone birthday, prom, and quinceañera bookings sit in this range. The 30-passenger party bus is sized for 20 to 30 — full quinceañera courts, larger wedding parties, big milestone groups, and corporate or hospitality bookings. Both share the same amenity package.

What amenities are included in your party buses?+

Both party buses include: wraparound leather perimeter seating, color-changing LED ceiling and accent lighting, premium audio system with subwoofers (Bluetooth and aux), bar setup with stemware and ice, dance pole, hardwood dance floor, flat-screen TVs, tinted privacy glass, climate control, and bottled water service. Clients provide their own beverages and music playlists.

Can we drink in the party bus?+

For all passengers 21 and older, alcohol is permitted on the party bus and a glassware/ice service is provided. We do not supply alcohol — clients bring their own. Open containers are not allowed if any passenger is under 21, including bookings for Sweet 16, prom, homecoming, and quinceañera celebrations. Washington State law applies.

What's the minimum booking time?+

A 5-hour minimum applies on all party bus bookings, every day of the week. Weekends, holidays, and prom season (April through June) may require higher minimums — typically 6, 7, or 8 hours for peak dates. Higher hourly rates may also apply during prom season, wedding-season Saturdays, and major holiday windows.

Can the party bus wait between stops?+

Yes. Your booking is hourly and the bus stays with you between stops — dinner, brewery, venue, photo locations, between bars. The chauffeur waits nearby with the bus. No pickup windows, no rebooking. All waiting time is included within your booked hourly window.

Is there a dance pole and dance floor on the party bus?+

Yes. Both party buses include a center dance pole and a hardwood dance floor running the length of the cabin between the perimeter seating. The pole is structurally mounted floor-to-ceiling. The cabin is built for standing, moving around, and dancing while in motion — the suspension and ride height are tuned for that use.

What is lot-to-lot billing?+

Our hourly billing is lot-to-lot — your booked hours start when the bus leaves our lot heading to your pickup, and end when it returns to our lot after your final drop-off. This is standard practice for limousine and party bus service. We confirm the exact start time, end time, and total billed hours in writing before deposit.

How early should I book a party bus?+

For weddings, four to six months ahead — party buses for wedding-season Saturdays book out fastest. For prom season (April through June), six to eight weeks minimum, ideally earlier. For milestone birthdays, quinceañeras, and nights out, four to six weeks is comfortable. Larger 30-passenger bookings on Saturdays often book up faster than the 20-passenger version.
