Prom Limo Service Seattle · Safety-First Chauffeured Transportation
prom transportation · for the parent making the booking

A prom limo your parents can sign off on — without a long phone call first.

Published pricing. Zero-alcohol policy with consequences spelled out. Background-checked chauffeurs. Parent confirmation texts at every stop. We built this page for the parent doing the booking — because the kid wants a stretch SUV with their friends, and the parent wants to know who's actually driving them and what happens if someone brings vodka in a water bottle.

Most prom limo pages talk about magic and memories. We talk about what happens if a student brings alcohol on board, how chauffeurs are vetted, and how the parent who paid stays informed all night. These are policies, not promises. Compare line-by-line against any other company.

The Eight-Point Prom Safety Protocol

policy · not marketing
  • 01

    Zero-alcohol policy with stated consequences

No alcohol is permitted in any prom vehicle regardless of student age or claimed parental permission. If alcohol is brought aboard or consumed, the chauffeur has standing authority to terminate the booking, return the group to the pickup address, and notify the parent who booked. No refund issued. Students are told this verbally at pickup so there are no surprises later in the night.

Chauffeur authority · in writing on booking confirmation
  • 02

    Background-checked, drug-tested chauffeurs

Every chauffeur on a prom booking has cleared a current background check, drug screening, and holds a UTC commercial passenger endorsement. Minimum one year of network tenure. Prom-night chauffeurs receive an additional briefing on group dynamics and the alcohol enforcement protocol. We can share the assigned chauffeur's first name and photo with the booking parent on request.

No smoking, no vaping — interior or exterior of vehicle

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any vehicle or within ten feet of the vehicle exterior. Violations result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the booking parent and chauffeur authority to terminate the trip. Smoking-related odor or residue at drop-off triggers the cleaning fee even if not observed during the booking.

    penalty
$250 cleaning fee · plus trip termination if observed

Parent confirmation texts at every major stop

The booking parent receives a text message at each: pickup confirmation, arrival at dinner reservation, arrival at prom venue, midnight pickup confirmation, and each drop-off address with a timestamp. The parent does not have to ask — these go automatically. We use the booking parent's cell, not the student's.

24/7 emergency dispatch line, staffed by a human

If you have any concern during the night — wanting a status check, hearing a worrying detail from your student, needing to redirect — the dispatch line at 206-512-8766 reaches a real person 24/7. Not a chatbot, not voicemail, not a callback queue. A dispatcher will confirm your student's whereabouts within five minutes.

Pre-prom vehicle inspection within 30 days of prom season

Every vehicle that runs a prom booking is inspected within 30 days of the spring prom window — seatbelts on every seat tested, climate and lighting verified, emergency exits unobstructed, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit confirmed. Inspection records are available for the booking parent to review on request.

No mid-night vehicle or chauffeur swaps

The same chauffeur and the same vehicle run your booking from pickup to final drop-off. No shift changes, no relief drivers, no vehicle swaps mid-night. The chauffeur you meet at 5 PM is the chauffeur who drops your student off at home. We don't pool prom bookings across vehicles to save fuel.

    Parent-protective cancellation policy

30+ days out: full refund minus $50 admin fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: non-refundable, but the deposit applies to any rescheduled booking within 12 months. Group size changes (kids dropping, plus-ones added) require notice but typically don't trigger a price change unless the vehicle class needs to shift up or down.

A real prom night, with a real per-student cost.

Two side-by-side. Left: a typical prom-night timeline showing how a 6-hour booking actually runs from pre-photos through final drop-offs. Right: published per-vehicle pricing with per-student math. Send this to the group chat — the per-student number is what convinces other parents.

The 6-hour booking

A typical prom night, pickup to final drop-off

  • 4:30 PM
Pickup at photo location. One designated home address where the group gathers for parent photos. Chauffeur stays out of frame.
  • 5:00 PM
Group photos & departure. 30 minutes for parent photos. Chauffeur waits at the curb. "Group picked up" text to parent.
  • 5:45 PM
Pre-prom dinner. Drop at the reservation. Chauffeur waits in adjacent parking. "Arrived at dinner" text to parent.
  • 7:15 PM
Dinner pickup & transit to venue. 75 minutes for dinner. Vehicle staged for prompt departure.
  • 7:45 PM
Drop at prom venue. Drop at the venue's preferred drop zone. "Arrived at venue" text to parent.
  • 10:30 PM
Vehicle returns to venue. Staged 30 min before scheduled pickup. "Vehicle on station" text to parent.
  • 11:00 PM
Pickup from prom. Group reunited and loaded. "Group picked up" text to parent.
  • 10:30 PM
Sequential drop-offs. Up to 6 home addresses. Parent confirmation text at each drop with timestamp.

Per-vehicle pricing, 6-hour booking

Published rates. Per-student math included. No "call for quote."

Vehicle Capacity 6-hr total Per student
Executive SUV 6 max $690 $115
Stretch Limousine 10 max $970 $97
Party Bus 20 max $1,650 $83
Mini-Coach 30 max $1,770 $59
The math: larger groups split the same total further. Booked at full capacity, a mini-coach for 30 is $59 per student for 6 hours of door-to-door service. Tip (20% standard) is paid by the booking parent on top of the total, not split per student.
why parents book us specifically

The kids want the limo. The parents want the answers.

Prom limo shopping breaks down into two conversations happening at once. The students are texting friends about which vehicle looks best in photos. The parent doing the booking is comparing five companies on the things that actually matter: safety, accountability, and a price they can defend at the next parent group chat.

  • 01
Booking parent is the only point of contact. Students cannot extend the booking, change drop-off addresses, or alter the route without parental authorization.
  • 02
Dinner reservation confirmation. If you give us the restaurant name, we'll confirm the reservation in the system and remind the chauffeur of dinner runtime so pickup is on schedule.
  • 03
Multi-school groups welcome. Students from 2–3 different schools meeting at one limo? One designated meet-up address, one booking, one chauffeur.
  • 04
Post-prom add-on rates. If your student is going to a chaperoned after-party hotel block, we can extend the booking or schedule a second pickup at midnight. Quoted at the same hourly rate.
  • 05
No "happy birthday" balloon tax. Decorations, music playlists, and party favors are not upcharged. If you want to load coolers of soda and water in before pickup, no fee.
  • 06
Receipt itemizes everything. Your final receipt shows the base rate, any add-ons, and gratuity as separate lines. No mystery fees, nothing buried in fine print.

Pick by group size. Per-student math follows.

The biggest factor in prom limo selection is total group size — but the per-student math gets significantly better as the group grows. A stretch limo for 10 at $97 per student versus a party bus for 20 at $83 per student. When in doubt, size up.

★★★★★

"I'm the parent who called five different limo companies and asked all of them the same question: what happens if my kid's friend brings alcohol on board. Four of them got vague. This was the only one that gave me the policy verbatim and emailed it on the booking confirmation. The chauffeur was great, the kids had a blast, and I got a text at every stop. Worth every dollar of the $79 per student we paid."

Asked & answered.

The questions every parent asks before booking a prom limo. Pricing, alcohol policy, chauffeur vetting, parent updates, multi-school logistics, cancellation. Anything not covered, call 206-512-8766 and ask directly.

Per-person cost depends on group size and vehicle. A stretch SUV for 10 students at 6 hours runs roughly $97 per student. A Sprinter for 14 students at 6 hours is $79 per student. A 20-passenger party bus at 6 hours is $83 per student. The math gets better with more kids — the same total cost spreads further. Tip is paid by the booking parent on top, typically 20%.
Zero tolerance. No alcohol is permitted in any prom vehicle regardless of student age or claimed parental permission. If alcohol is brought aboard or consumed, the chauffeur has standing authority to terminate the booking, return the group to the pickup address, and notify the parent who booked. No refund issued in that case. We tell students this at pickup so there are no surprises.
Yes. Every chauffeur handling a prom booking is background-checked, drug-tested, holds a current UTC commercial passenger endorsement, and has been with the operator network for a minimum of one year. Prom-night chauffeurs receive an additional briefing on group dynamics and the zero-alcohol enforcement protocol. We can provide chauffeur details (first name, photo) to the booking parent in advance on request.
The booking parent receives confirmation texts at each major stop: pickup confirmed, arrival at dinner reservation, arrival at prom venue, midnight pickup confirmed, and each drop-off address. Our dispatch number is staffed by a human 24/7 — if you have a concern during the night, you'll reach someone immediately, not voicemail. Parents who want a status check at any point during the booking can call or text and we confirm in under five minutes.
Executive SUV (up to 6 students, single couples or small groups), stretch limousine (8 to 10 students, classic prom vehicle), Mercedes Sprinter (12 to 14 students, standing-height cabin), party bus (18 to 22 students, wraparound seating and integrated sound), and mini-coach (24 to 30 students, multi-school or extended friend group bookings). All vehicles for prom are inspected within 30 days of prom season, with seatbelts, climate, and lighting confirmed working.
Six to ten weeks before your school's prom date. Spring prom weekends — late April through early June — see the heaviest demand of the year, and stretch SUVs / party buses / Sprinters all book first. Single-couple sedan and SUV bookings are easier to secure 2 to 4 weeks out. After-prom add-ons (post-prom party shuttles, multi-school weekend coordination) should be booked at the same time as the main prom run.
Yes. Most prom bookings start with a single "meet location" — typically one student's home where the group gathers for parent photos. From there, the limo picks everyone up together. We can also do 2 to 3 home pickups before the photo location for a single added fee. Multi-school coordination (kids from 2 to 3 schools meeting at one limo) works the same way: one designated meet-up address, one bill, one chauffeur.
Cancellation 30+ days before prom: full refund minus a $50 admin fee. Cancellation 15 to 29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation under 15 days: non-refundable, but we'll apply the deposit to a rescheduled booking within 12 months if available. Group size changes (kids dropping out, plus-ones added) require notice but typically don't affect the price unless the vehicle class needs to change. The booking parent is the single point of contact for all changes.

Lock the booking. Send the policy to the parents' group chat.

Tell us the prom date, school, expected group size, dinner reservation if any, and pickup address. We send a full quote with policy attached within four business hours. The eight-point protocol is on the confirmation, so other parents can read it before splitting the cost.
