Transfers under $250: full payment at booking. Hourly bookings & packages: 25% deposit. Weddings & events over $2,500: 25% deposit, 50% at 30 days, 25% at 7 days.
7+ days: 100% refund. 3–6 days: 100% credit toward future booking. Under 72 hours: deposit forfeited. Weather-related: case-by-case.

Washington State sales tax (10.25% in Seattle) is added to the published rate at checkout, in compliance with WA DOR rules. Tax is itemized on every invoice.
Seattle limo pricing depends on the service model. Flat-rate Sea-Tac airport transfers start at $89 for a sedan, $129 for an SUV, and $245 for a Sprinter van. Hourly chauffeur service starts at $125/hour for a sedan, $185/hour for a stretch limo, and $245/hour for a party bus. Full-occasion packages start at $695 for prom and $795 for wedding bridal party.
Yes, for hourly chauffeur bookings. Weekday minimums: 3 hours for sedans/SUVs, 3 hours for stretch limos, 4 hours for stretch SUVs and party buses. Weekend minimums (Friday–Sunday): 4 hours for sedans/SUVs, 4 hours for stretch limos, 5 hours for party buses. Flat-rate airport transfers and point-to-point transfers have no minimum.
No. Flat-rate transfers cost the same at 2 AM as they do at 2 PM. We do not charge late-night fees, weekend surcharges, or holiday premiums. The only price variations are between weekday and weekend hourly booking minimums. Flat rates are fully flat.
Every quoted price includes the vehicle, the licensed W-2 chauffeur, fuel, real-time GPS tracking, 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for airport transfers, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, luggage assistance, complimentary bottled water, USB and Lightning charging cables, and chauffeur gratuity. No fuel surcharges, no late-night fees, no surge pricing.
Not included in the base rate: child seats ($15/seat/ride), tolls and parking fees passed through at cost, additional wait time beyond 60 minutes for airport transfers ($25/hour), stops outside the routed path, alcohol for party packages, decorations beyond standard, and cleaning fees if the vehicle returns in an unusual state. These are quoted transparently before booking when applicable.
Yes for most bookings. Airport and point-to-point transfers under $250: full payment at booking. Hourly bookings and packages: 25% deposit at booking, balance due 7 days before service. Weddings and events over $2,500: 25% deposit at booking, 50% balance due 30 days before, final 25% due 7 days before. All deposits are refundable up to 7 days before service.

Weather-related cancellations (snowstorms, road closures, flight cancellations) reviewed case-by-case and typically converted to credit at our discretion.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), corporate credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Chauffeur gratuity is included in every quoted price. You will not be asked to tip your chauffeur. If you'd like to express additional appreciation for exceptional service, you may — but it is never expected and never solicited. Some clients add a cash tip directly to the chauffeur; this is welcomed but not required.
